We’ve had to cut ties with Teelaunch across several stores due to the subpar quality of the items they sent to our customers. Our latest order was meant to be black, but the images from our customer showed a dark green instead. The blue looks old and washed out, while the red is more like orange juice than anything else. When we raise concerns, they push back, claiming it’s tough to get the inks right, making us seem like the bad guys. Honestly, we’d be fine with a faded black or a vintage tone, but everything is just way off. Maybe they do well for those who have a high volume of orders, but how can they expect us to move thousands of products if they can’t satisfy our initial customers? Today, we found out that our last order was technically correct, but the customer’s package had a “reject” sticker slapped on it. What’s up with that? If this keeps up, this company is going to go under. They start off strong, which explains the five-star ratings, but after a few months, if you’re not pushing out tons of sales, they start sending out defective items. Their excuse for the blankets was that “they wouldn’t be soft with deeper dye,” which makes me wonder if they’ve ever heard of brands like Pusheen, Target, Hello Kitty, or Baby Shark, all of which make quality blankets. We didn’t want to let them go since folks loved the shower curtains, but we had no choice. This is just one of the many one-star reviews we’ve received due to the sales we lost. Hope you enjoy this review, Teelaunch, because we’re not rolling in cash like you seem to be. Maybe if you start losing sales for the damage you’re doing to shops, you’ll finally understand our struggle.

If you're thinking about using this app for your business, you might want to reconsider. The production time is way too lengthy. I ordered a mug for a customer on November 16, and it took them two weeks just to print it, plus another two weeks for delivery. So, the order finally showed up on December 15. To make matters worse, after all that waiting, the mug was broken, and the print area was all messed up. There was no chance for a replacement before Christmas. When I requested a refund, they only gave back the product cost, so I ended up having to cover the shipping for the damaged item!

As a newcomer to Teelaunch, I had a bunch of queries; the support team is awesome. Kristy has been super helpful in addressing my concerns. Couldn't be happier!

I just joined Tee Launch for my Shopify store, and it seems like the links are consistently broken. This issue popped up previously, and I ended up ditching the project, but I gave it another shot today. I tested it on all three browsers I use—Chrome, Safari, and Firefox—and it’s still not working. They don’t appear to have a live chat option, so I reckon I’ll need to find a different app.

The support team is super helpful. I can reach out to them with any question or issue I encounter, and they’re always ready to assist and sort things out. They also offer a wide range of products and have a really simple process for getting items into the store. I'm a big fan!

As a total newbie to print on demand, I've reached out to a bunch of places, but only Teelaunch got back to me. I've got a few more questions, and I'm pretty sure Teelaunch will help me out. So far, things are looking pretty good.

Fantastic service and lightning-fast delivery! I really wish we could have all the colors and sizes of the tumblers in a single listing. That way, if we want to offer all four types of tumblers in a design, we wouldn't need to set up four separate listings.

There are a few areas where I think they could improve, especially for better compatibility with Etsy and Amazon, but overall, I've been quite satisfied.
